Dance Workout Ballroom & Latin Saturdays at 2:00 PM

Classes are fun and high energy, while developing coordination and conditioning your body. Ballroom and Latin Dance steps will be the foundation of the workouts. So get moving to the Ballroom beat while working your body for a whole new you! Each class consists of 4 meetings.

Beginner Swing - Saturdays at 5:00 pm in August; moves to 4:00 pm in September.

Dancing Like the Stars

A Social Dance on September 17 at 7:00 PM at Unity Church featuring live music from Nash-Hernandez Quartet will have a dance class led by Stewart followed by 2 hours of dancing! A variety of music is planned. Tickets are $10 in advance/$12 at the door. Ages 21 and over. BYOB. Advance tickets available at http://store.unityhills.org.

Sunday Practice at The Hills!

Sunday Practice is now at The Hills! Every Sunday from 3:00-5:00 pm floor time is open for practicing the steps you are learning in class. The first hour is Standard Ballroom music followed by one hour of Latin music. Teachers are available for coaching during both sessions. No partner is required!

Monday Adult classes at Unity Church of the Hills!

The Unity Church of the Hills is hosting a Monday beginner's class. Each month will consist of 4 classes focusing on one dance style. Go to Unity Church events page for registration information.

Need More Help!

Dance International is also looking for volunteers to help with bookkeeping and office administration work in exchange for free group dance classes. Generally this work requires about 2-3 hours per week. If you have any interest to volunteer your time and skills, please email us at info@dancein.org .

Dance International Jackets and T-shirts are Here!

There are both black and pink 100% cotton T-shirts, and pink and navy fleece-lined jackets available. All come in a variety of sizes, and all of them are awesome! The T-shirts are $20, the jackets $75. We also have Dance International bumper stickers for $2 and round Dance International decals for $1. Check them out at the Sunday practices at the Dancer's Workshop!
